TERMS APPLICABLE TO SALES OF PRODUCTS (“TERMS OF SALE”)
Shutter Circle is a trading name of Shutter Circle Ltd. The term the “Site” refers to secondshooter.shuttercircle.co.uk. The terms “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to site visitors, customers, members and any other users of the site.
The Service We Offer
Shutter Circle is an online store which sells Work templates, presets and related digital products. Shutter Circle also offers online mentoring and in person workshops.
All of the content and resources and all other support services provided by Shutter Circle, is subject to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all users of the site and related Facebook community group. By using the site or content, you agree to these terms and conditions, without modification, and confirm that you have read them.
Shutter Circle may occasionally need substitute services, content or resources, equal to or comparable to the services, content or resources listed previously, without prior notice or consultation.
ACCOUNT CREATION & ACCESS
In order to purchase from the site, you will be asked to provide personal date, including your name, email address, username and password, and other personal preferences. Any registration information that you give to us must always be correct, and regularly updated when there is relevance to the use of your account.
You must not use the personal data of another member to access the site or content contained within or provide your own account access details to a nom-member. Breach of data sharing will result in the immediate suspension of your account.
FINANCIAL & LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY
You agreed to use the website for lawful purposes only. You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through the website. You agree to use the site only to access the content and resources for your own education and consumption.
You agree not to share, give or re-sell any of the products or resources to any third party. You also agree not post any content in the community group which violates or infringes the rights of others, or which is threatening, abusive, defamatory, libellous, invasive of privacy or publicity rights or would constitute a criminal offence.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to sell or discontinue your account and access to any content or services included in any order, without disclosing the reason for the refusal. No access will be granted by us until payment has been fully processed. We will notify you by email if, for any reason, we wish to suspend or cancel your subscription.
DURATION OF AGREEMENT
Once your order is complete, we will give you access to your account. You agree that access to the site may at times be interrupted or affected by tools that we use to create the subscription (web hosting, site plugins, etc.).
You agree and understand that no breach of contract action may be taken against Shutter Circle Ltd when there are reasonable interruptions to the website.
Lifetime subscription rates are guaranteed not to increase for the lifetime of the site. If Shutter Circle Ltd should cease to exist, then your subscription will be terminated.
If you are paying a monthly subscription, you will be able to access your subscription for 30 days after each payment. If you fail to pay your monthly subscription or choose to cancel, you will lose access to the account and other resources after the 30 day period expires. You many cancel your subscription at any time.
If you are paying an annual subscription, you will be able to access your membership for 365 days after each payment. If you fail to pay your monthly subscription or choose to cancel, you will lose access to the site and other resources after the 365 day period expires.
REFUNDS – DIGITAL GOODS
Due to the downloadable digital nature of our products, we cannot offer any refunds, but we may consider exchanging your product for an alternative by request.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS – SUBSCRIPTIONS
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee should you decide to cancel during your first month of subscription. To request a refund, email hello@shuttercircle.co.uk
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription, login to your account and access your subscription via the your account area in the Dashboard. No refunds will be made for any subscription fees already paid, excluding the 30 day money back guarantee as stated above.
The 30 day refund period only applies to your first subscription and cannot be used more than once.
Please note, it is your responsibility to make sure that you cancel your account in good time if you no longer wish to be a subscriber and do not wish to be billed again.
YOUR CONSENT FOR PERSONAL DATA CAPTURE
You agree to recordings being made of calls or webinars provided as part of the site or associated Facebook groups, including your name, words, voice, and likeness. If we wish to use your name, words, voice or likeness for promotional purposes, we will obtain consent from you before distribution.
You retain the right to refuse your name, words, voice, and likeness being used by us for promotional purposes.
CHANGED TERMS
We may at any time amend or change these Terms and Conditions. Such changes take effect as soon as we post them to this website. Continued use of the website by you means you accept these changes. We may update any portion of our subscription website and content at any time.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You agree that we are not liable for any damages arising out of your purchase or consumption of the content, resources, community or information contained therein.
THIRD PARTY RESOURCES & RECOMMENDATIONS
The site, content and resources may contain links to third party websites, tools and products. You agree that we are not responsible in any way for the availability, accuracy or content of third party information or resources.
Links to third party resources do not imply any endorsement by or affiliation with Shutter Circle Ltd. You assume all risk arising from your use of any third party resources.

SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY
When sharing images online please always tag the suppliers, it will help with your business reach too. Our idea behind Shutter Circle is for wedding suppliers to work together and help one another out. The more contacts you make in the industry, the more you are likely to get referrals and a network. Feel free to post in the UK Wedding Photographers for Beginners Group, and the closed private Shutter Circle group too. It is also nice to post for creative feedback. We’d like to think we have a growing community of supportive photographers and videographers.
Please do use instagram stories! They are a great way to socialise and show clients behind the scenes footage. You are encouraged to submit work to blogs….. Go for it and good luck!
